FAQ

Toe-Rx is made from Molded
Polyethylene Foam.

Toe-Rx is made in Japan.

No, Toe-Rx is meant to be worn while barefoot.

Toe-Rx can be worn at just about any time while barefoot. We recommend people wear Toe-Rx while seated first to allow their toes and feet to
become accustomed to the stretch. Once it becomes comfortable to wear Toe-Rx, easy stretching and rotating activities while wearing them can be incorporated. Because
Toe-Rx is waterproof, they may be worn while soaking your feet or bathing.

We recommend that people take a gradual approach when wearing Toe-Rx, starting with no more than ten minutes at a time. Over a few days or weeks with consistent usage, time spent wearing Toe-Rx may increase. Please discontinue use or reduce your time wearing Toe-Rx if you develop discomfort.

Toe-Rx helps to realign the toes by separating them and providing the muscles in the feet and toes with a stretch. They also aid in
promoting proper toe alignment, allowing the toes to splay out and counteract the effects of wearing narrow improper fitting shoes with small toe boxes. This in turn improves balance, blood flow, and overall foot health.

Toe-Rx toe spacers are reversible, fitting on either the left or right foot. Please ensure the big toe enters the wider hole when putting on Toe-Rx.

Toe-Rx is unisex and available in three sizes: Small, Medium, and Large. For easy reference, please refer to the sizing chart.

Sizing guide for women:
The small size fits women whose US shoe size is between 4.5-7.
The medium size fits women whose US shoe size is between 7-9.5.
The Large size fits women whose US shoe size is between 9.5-12.

Sizing guide for men:
The medium size fits men whose US shoe size is between 7-8.5.
The large size fits men whose US shoe size is between 8.5-14.

Toe-Rx is available in two different versions, Soft and
Firm. We recommend most people start with the soft version of Toe-Rx. It will
provide plenty of stretching and spacing power to help with toe and foot issues. People who require more stretching or have worked up a tolerance to the
soft version and want to perform preventative stretching will find the firm Toe-Rx
beneficial.

While results may vary, Toe-Rx has been shown to help alleviate symptoms such as:

• Overlapping Toes
• Hammer Toes
• Bunions
• Plantar Fasciitis
• And Chronic Foot Pain.

Toe-Rx works best when worn regularly and will provide
results over time.
